As True Circle enters 2024, we're building on our eighteen months of success with ambitious plans to scale our impact. Our vision encompasses geographic expansion into new cities, doubling our meal distribution capacity, and deepening our network of partnerships. We're committed to strengthening our volunteer programs and implementing technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

In the first quarter, we're focusing on launching operations in new cities while adding five new restaurant partners to our network. We'll be rolling out digital tracking systems and introducing a volunteer mentorship program, alongside optimizing our distribution routes for maximum efficiency.

Several exciting initiatives are already underway, including an enhanced volunteer training program designed to better prepare our team members for their roles. We've also launched a partner recognition program to celebrate the contributions of our collaborative network. New impact measurement tools and a community feedback system will help us better understand and improve our effectiveness, while streamlined operations will allow us to serve more people with greater efficiency.
